Nomophobia "the fear of loosing phone" is the phobia from which a lot of people are suffering. We become so anxious when we don't find our phone even for a second. It is a growing concern in today's world and for the new generation. We don't even know that we all are having this phobia inside us and we are suffering from it.   7. Set the daily usage timer for the apps.
